What is Private Land Management, Inc?

We are a company that provides Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing, Forestry Management, and Wildlife Consulting. For the last 24 years our founder, Jason Hewett, has been working on and managing farms and plantations full-time for landowners in Georgia and South Carolina. Earlier this year, he decided to take a leap of faith and switch gears to help as many landowners as possible achieve their land ownership objectives. Jason has been a leader in the local plantation and conservation communities for years. He has volunteered his time to lead the South Carolina Plantation Manager’s Association, Chair the South Carolina Prescribed Fire Council, sit on the advisory boards of Clemson’s JCK Waterfowl and Wetlands Conservation Center, the SC Bobwhite Initiative, and Horry Georgetown Technical College’s Wildlife and Forestry Program, volunteered for and hosted multiple QDMA events, hosted the SC Handler’s Trial, and helped form the Carolina Celebration Open Shooting Dog Classic.
